We get the chance to sit down with newcomer and first time filmmaker Robb Connolly. His short Our Neck of The Woods premiered at Sundance this year and is now touring the film festival circuit. Wonderfully shot, great narrative, and fantastic editing, Robb explains his film, the work it takes and playing festivals.

We we’re able to hangout with Marc Havener all week while the screenings of his Doc Short And What Remains preceded the FFF award winning film Prodigal Sons. It’s impossible for Marc to know EVERY festival out there, but my message to EVERY festival out there…you can find his contact info in many Print Sources of festivals, and it’s a must to invite the film to your Doc Short programs. Emotional film, amazing filmmaker. Thanks Marc.

What an amazing time and great interview I had with (Independent Spirit Award Nominated) Prince Of Broadway’s Co-writer and Producer, Darren Dean. We talk the film, “baby drop”, and how badly he can beat me in a wrestling match. Thanks for evertything Darren!

I get the chance to speak one on one with the amazing and courageous Italian Film Short writer/director Tak Kuroha of Clacson. Tak will also go down in history for coining the term for HORNING instead of “honking the horn.” Thanks Tak for everything and congrats on this amazing short.

I was able to interview the man responsible for creating MANY childhood memories and MANY childhood birthday parties for a lot of us. Aaron Fechter (Creative Engineering INC.), in the 80’s made hundreds of rock bands to play ShowBiz Pizza’s nationwide. These rock bands were animatronic bears, gorillas, birds, wolves, and even a girly mouse. The Rock-AFire Explosion was the house band for this chain restaurant, and in time, like everything from the 80’s, disappeared and was replaced by a shity version of what we loved. Aaron explains the film, The Rock-AFire Explosion and future endeavors of the band and his creation.

Director/Producer Brett Whitcomb and Writer/Music Brad Thomason of the new documentary The Rock-AFire Explosion explain the plains of making such an amazing film and talk about the fans of this band. Chris Thrash is the main subject of the film, a devoted fan of the animatronic rock band of the 80’s, and started to single handedly bring this band back to life on the internet. A MUST SEE at a festival near you. And hopefully, the band will be touring…but that’s in another interview.

The amazing, and very talented Paul Seetachitt explains his latest FFF09 entry film short Jealous Husband Returns. Paul laughs at the face of tragedy (on the inside) and let’s us know what he’d like to be in his next life.

Brian Quain discusses being a local filmmaker, being Florida Film Festival employees and Alicia Conway’s Sundance hit short “Rite.” This is one, i need Alicia to explain to you, i don’t want to say too much.
